<p>They are 100% Organic Jersey Cotton, washable, and will only get better with age. Natalie Chanin, founder and owner of Alabama Chanin, says it best: "They serve literally as everything from pot holder, placemat, bib and napkin to, yes, tea towel. We keep a stack of them in the kitchen."</p>
